Stir fry Duck with Herbs and Spicy sauce 

Ingredients 

  • Duck fillet 100gr 
  • Carrot flower 50gr (use the knife cut triangle in the carrot then sliced against the side )
  • onion 50gr roughly slices 
  • Basil 10gr roughly slices 
  • all mints 20gr roughly slices 
  • Oyster Mushroom 50gr cut small pieces 
  • spinaches 50gr cut small pieces 
  • fish sauce 1tbsp 
  • sugar 2tsp 
  • oyster sauce 1tbsp 
  • soysauce 1tbsp 
  • chilli sauce 1tsp 
  • garlic 1tsp 
  • chilli 1tsp 
  • lemongrass 1tbsp 
  • ginger 2tsp 
  • five spices 1 pinch 
  • black pepper 1 pinch 
  • tapioca flour/corn flour 1tsp 
  • water 4tbsp 
  • oil 1tbsp 

Method :

  • add all the fish sauce , sugar , oyster sauce , soysauce , water , tapioca flour , chilli sauce , five spicy , black pepper . Mixed well together and set a side 
  • add 1tbsp oil into the work then saute garlic ,chilli , ginger , lemongrass until nice smell 
  • add duck , onion , carrot and stir for 1 minute
  • add spinach,mushroom and all the sauce into the work then  stir it for 30 seconds 
  • serve hot with jasmince rice
