Ingredients:

  • Taro cut cube 100gr
  • Sweet potato cut cube 50gr
  • Fried Tofu cut cube 50gr
  • Fake beef 150gr
  • Spring onion roughly chopped 10gr
  • Onion cut cube 50gr
  • Carrot cut cube 50gr
  • Soysauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster Mushroom sauce/ powder 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Curry powder 1tsp
  • Oyster muhsroom 50gr
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Coconut milk 1cup

Method :

  • Saute garlic, chilli, ginger, and lemongrass then add all ingredients into the pot except mushroom and onion
  • Simmer for 10 minutes then add mushroom ,onion on the top
  • Serve hot with bread or noodle
