Corn Cake

Ingredients :

  • Egg 1pcs
  • Tapioca flour /corn flour 50gr
  • Self-Raising Flour 50gr
  • Coconut Milk 150ml
  • Fish sauce 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1tsp
  • Five Spices 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1pinch
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Prawn /tofu 3pcs finely chopped
  • Coriander finely Chopped 1tbsp

Method :

  • Mixed well all ingredients together then add little oil in the pan and places 1 big spoon of Mixture into pan and slow cook for 3 minutes then turn another sides cooked until it crispy and consistency
  • Keep doing until finish
  • Serve hot

Fish sauce dipping

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp fish sauce
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp kumquats Juice/ Lime Juice/Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1tsp Chilli

Method :

  • Mixed well together until sugar disolved
