Vietnamese Vegan Hotpot 

Ingredients :

  • Carrot flower 50gr 
  • Taro cut cube 50gr 
  • Sweet Potato cut cube 50gr 
  • white tofu 50gr 
  • Oyster mushroom 50gr 
  • Button Mushtroom 50gr 
  • Spinach 100gr 
  • Pickle Tofu 1tbsp 
  • Soysauce 1tbsp 
  • Coconut juice 1can 
  • Sugar 2tsp 
  • Water 1/2 litre 
  • Mushroom powder 1tbsp 
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp 
  • ginger 1tbsp 
  • garlic 1tsp 
  • chilli 1tsp 
  • shallot 2tsp 
  • Cinnamon 1small stick 
  • cardamon 1pcs 

Method :

  • Saute garlic , chillli ,shallot ,lemongrass, ginger , cardamon and cinnamon until nice smell 
  • Add pickle tofu , coconut juice and water . bring it to boiling 
  • Add taro , sweet potato cooked for 5 minutes 
  • Add soysauce ,mushroom powder , sugar then add all the tofu , mushroom and spinach .Serve Hot
