. Sweet and Sour Soup with  fake Fish/Mushroom 

Ingredients :

  • Tomato 1pcs (removed skin if you want) cut 5pcs
  • Lily Stem ( Bac Ha) 1 stem sliced diamond and soaked salt water
  • Pinapple 100gr cut small pieces
  • Okra 100gr cut triangle
  • Beansprout 50gr
  • Coriander 1tbsp fined chopped
  • Tamarind Juice 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  •  Vegan Fish / soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Mushroom powder 1tbsp
  •  Fake Fish fillet 100gr /tofu cut cube 100gr/mushroom 100gr 
  • Water 1litre
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp

Method :

  • Add 1tbsp oil into fried pan then panfried  the  fake fish/tofu  until colour Golden Brown
  • Add 1tbsp oil into wok then saute 1tsp garlic and add 1 litre water into pot
  • Bring it to Boiling then add 1tbsp tamarind juice ,1tbsp  vegan fish sauce ,1tbsp mushroom powder  and 1tbsp sugar
  • Add tomato,okra ,pinapple,lily stem and bean sprout
  • Add panfried fish on last Minutes
  • Garnish with Coriander , “Rau Om” (Braised Vegetables) and Black pepper
  • Serve Hot
