  • Dry Mushrooms Fungus 20gr
  • Fried potato julience 20gr

  • Taro Julience 20gr
  • 1tbsp Soysauce
  • 2tsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • Rice Paper skin from Mung Bean 30pcs
  • 1tsp garlic
  • 1tbsp Shallot

Method :

  • Mixed well all ingredients together
  • Checking Flavour By Your convenience
  • Rolling same ways with spring roll above
  • Deep fryer 180 degrees into 3 Minutes then Turn the Heat Maximum into 30 seconds
  • Serve Hot with letuce and Mints and Soy dipping sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp soysauce
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp kumquats Juice
  • 1tsp garlic
  • 1tsp chilli

Mixed well together
