Crispy fake Beef with Chilli Sauce

Ingredients :

  • Fake Beef  100gr
  • Sweet cabbage 50gr
  • Mushrooms 50gr
  • Eggwhite 1pcs(optional for vegetarian ) water for vegan 
  • Tapioca 50gr
  • vegan Fish sauce1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Oyster Mushroom sauce 1tbsp
  • Five spicy Powder 1pinch
  • Salt 1pinch
  • Pepper 1pinch
  • Chilli sauce 1tbsp or ½ tbsp ( your option)
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • onion 1tbsp
  • seasame 1tsp
  • water 4tbsp

Making chilli sauce

  • Add 1tbsp soysauce/vegan fish sauce   into 4tbsp  water then add 1tbsp sugar ,1tbsp Oyster mushroom sauce and 1tbsp chilli sauce with 1Pinch of Five spicy
  • Powder and 1tsp tapioca flour/corn flour .Mixed well 

Method :

  • Marinade fake Beef fillet with 1pinch of Five spicy powder ,1pinch of salt  .
  • Add egg white/water  into the fake Beef and Mixed well then Gently add the Tapioca flower or Corn flower coating properly
  • Blanched Vegetbales then set on The Plate
  • Bring the Oil 220 degrees then add one by one fake Beef into the wok until the Colour Golden brown .Pour all the Oil into another pot
  • Saute garlic ,chilli and Onion then add all the  chilli saucee into The wok. Bring it to boiling 
  • Then add all the Crispy Beef into the sauce .Stir well quickly then Taking all the fake Beef put on the Top of Vegetables and Mushrooms
  • Ganish with seasame seeds
  • Enjoying immediately
