Corn Cake
Ingredients:
- Egg 1pcs
- Corn 1pcs minced 100gr
- Tapioca flour /corn flour 50gr
- Self Raising Flour 50gr
- Coconut Milk 150ml
- Vegan Fish sauce 1tsp /soysauce
- Oyster mushroom sauce 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Five Spices 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1pinch
- Sugar 1tsp
- Fried tofu 3pcs finely chopped
- Coriander finely Chopped 1tbsp
Method :
- Mixed well all ingredients together then add little oil in the pan and places 1 big spoon of Mixture into pan and slow cook for 3 minutes then turn another sides cooked until it crispy and consistency
- Keep doing until finish
- Serve hot with soysauce dipping
Soy Sauce Dipping
Ingredients :
- Soy sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Kumquats/lime/lemon1tbsp
- Water 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1tsp
Method : Mixed well together
