Omellete with Mushrooms and prawn

Ingredients :

  • Mushrooms julience 50gr
  • Egg 2pcs Beaten well
  • Prawn 3pcs
  • Carrot Minced 10gr
  • Coriander minced 5gr
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Fish sauce 2tsp
  • Mushrooms powder 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1 pinch

Method :

  • Saute garlic and chilli until nice colour then add mushroom into pan and Stir it well
  • Add all beaten egg with fish sauce ,sugar ,mushrooms powder ,black pepper ,coriander and prawn  on the top mushroom
  • Cooked 2 minutes and place on the Plate
  • Serve with jasmine rice
