Stir Fry prawn/chicken with Vegetales and Basil sauce

Method:
- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass then add prawn/chicken into wok .Stir Until the Colour Change
- Add all the sauce and Vegetables into the Wok .Stir well
- Add the Tapioca into the Wok and Mixed well until consistency then Add Vietnamese basil in last minute and stir well
- Garnish with pepper on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
