Sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Black pepper 1pinch
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Kumquats 1tbsp
- Water 3tbsp
- Five spices 1 pinches
Method: Mixed well together
Crispy prawn
Ingredients :
- Ginger 2tsp
- Lemongrass 2tsp
- King Prawn 6pcs trims the prawn nicely
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Onion sliced thin 50gr
- Carrot fancy julienne 50gr
- Papaya fancy julienne 50gr
- Pineapple cut triangle 50gr
- Tomato 1pcs cut into small 8pcs
- Tapioca flour for coating
Method:
- Butterfly the prawn then add onion together then marinade with turmeric, black pepper ,. Cover with tapioca flour
- Add into the hot oil in 2 minutes
- In another the wok .Sauté garlic ,chilli , ginger , lemongrass until nice smelling then add all vegetable into the wok
- Add sweet and sour sauce. bring it to boiling then add crispy prawn in the wok ,stir well for 1 second .serve hot
