Pineapple Fritter with Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
- Pineapple 2pcs
- Self-Raising Flour 100gr
- Baking Powder 2pinches
- Water 50ml
- Salt 1pinch
Method :
- Add Self Raising Flour into the Bowl then Add water in .Mixed well until Consistency then add 1 Pinch salt in
- add Pineapple into the Flour until flour cover Properly
- Deep fryer Pineapple 180 degrees into 2 Minutes until The Colour Golden Brown
- Serve with Ice Cream or Coconut cream
