Stew egg and Pork Belly with Chilli and Lemongrass on the Clay Pot
Ingredients:
- Pork Belly cut Cube 100gr
- Boiled Egg 1pcs
- Minced Ginger 1/2tbsp
- Minced Lemongrass 1/2tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
- Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
- Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
- Pepper 2 Pinches
- Fish Sauce 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2tsp
- Sugar 2 Tsp
- 1 pinch of Five Spicy Powder
Method:
- Saute 2tsp saugar , garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass then add pork Belly into the Clay Pot .Stir Until the Colour Change then add Boiled Egg into the Claypot
- Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 2tsp Oyster sauce ,1 pinch five spicy Powder then Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 30 Minutes
- Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
- Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
