Stew Pork Spare Rib with Chilli and Lemongrassb with sweet and sour sauce in the Clay Pot

- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger , lemongrass and 1tsp sugar into claypot .Stir until it caramalise then add pork Spare Rib into the Clay Pot .Stir Until the Colour Change
- Add 1tbsp fish sauce,1tbsp oyster Sauce ,Tamarind and 1 pinch five spicy
- Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 1 hour
- Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
- Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
