Stir Fry Water Spinach with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients :

• Water Spinach 1 Bunch
• Garlic Minced 1tbsp
• Soysauce 1tbsp
• Muhsroom powder 1tbsp (Salt 1tsp ,Sugar 1tsp ,Black Pepper 1pinch )
• Oil 1tbsp

Method:

• Blanched water spinach in Boiling water in 2 minutes
• In another wok. Saute garlic until Nice Colour then add water spinach ,oyster sauce ,sugar ,salt and Pepper .Stir well in another 1 minutes . add a little Bit water if you Need
• Serve hot with jasmine rice
