Stir Fry Water Spinach with chao sauce  ( fermented tofu )

Ingredients :

  • Water Spinach 1 Bunch
  • Garlic Minced 1tbsp
  • Soysauce 2tsp
  • Sugar 2tsp
  • Muhsroom powder 1tssp (Salt 1/2tsp ,Sugar 1/2tsp ,Black Pepper 1pinch )
  • Pickle tofu ( chao ) 1tbsp
  • Oil 1tbsp

Method:

  • Blanched water spinach in Boiling water in 2 minutes
  • In another wok. Saute garlic until Nice Colour then add water spinach and all the sauce into the wok .Stir well in another 1 minutes . (add a little Bit water if you Need )
  • Serve hot with jasmine rice
