Stir Fry Vegetables with ginger sauce on chow Mein Noodle

Ingredients:

  • Bok choi 150gr
  • Spinach 150gr
  • Carrot 20gr
  • Oyster mushrooms 50gr
  • Ginger julienne 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Chilli 1tbsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Vegan Fish sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster Mushroom sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1tbsp
  • Five spices 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Chowmein noodle 150gr
  • Beansprout 20gr

Method:

  • Blanched Chowmein noodle for 1 minute then add beansprout for 30 seconds, add a little oil into noodle to make it not sticky then place on big Platter
  • Saute ginger ,garlic ,chilli ,lemongrass and Julienne ginger until nice colour
  • Add all vegetables into it .Stir it well
  • Add all the sauce into the wok and stir it well for 1 minutes
  • Serve on the chowmein Noodle
  • Ganish with Black pepper
