Stir Fry Vegetables with ginger sauce on chow Mein Noodle
Ingredients:
- Bok choi 150gr
- Spinach 150gr
- Carrot 20gr
- Oyster mushrooms 50gr
- Ginger julienne 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Vegan Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Oyster Mushroom sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Chowmein noodle 150gr
- Beansprout 20gr
Method:
- Blanched Chowmein noodle for 1 minute then add beansprout for 30 seconds, add a little oil into noodle to make it not sticky then place on big Platter
- Saute ginger ,garlic ,chilli ,lemongrass and Julienne ginger until nice colour
- Add all vegetables into it .Stir it well
- Add all the sauce into the wok and stir it well for 1 minutes
- Serve on the chowmein Noodle
- Ganish with Black pepper
