Stew tofu with Chilli and Lemongrass on the Clay Pot

- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger , lemongrass and sugar until colour gold brown then add tofu and all vegetables into the Clay Pot .Stir Until the Colour Change
- Add 1tbsp soysauce sauce, 1ttsp salt ,1pinch five spicy powder and Mushroom Powder
- Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 30 Minutes
- Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
- Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
