Steam Wonton with tofu and carrot
Ingredients :
- Wonton Skin : 6pcs
- Fried tofu 50g
- Carrot 20gr
- Garlic chive 20gr
- Garlic 1tsp
- Soysauce 1tsp
- Oyster mushroom powder 1tsp
- Five Spicy Powder 1pinch
- Pepper 1 pinch
- Sugar 1tsp
- Mushrooms Fungus Minced 10gr
Method :
- Mixed well togeteher and Wrap up with Wonton Skin
- Deep fried in 2 minutes 180 degree/boiling it in two minutes and garnish wiith garlic oil
- Serve with Chilli sauce and Soysauce
