Steam Vegetables with shitake and Mushroom sauce
Ingredients :
- Brocoli cut small pieces 50gr
- carrot flower 50gr
- Cauliflower cut small pieces 50gr
- Shitake Musroom cut small pieces 100gr
- Bokchoi cut small pieces 50gr
- Oyster Mushroom 50gr
- Baby corn 50gr
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Mushroom powder 1tbsp
- sugar 1/2tbsp
- water 3tbsp
- sesame oil 2 drops
- garlic 1tsp
- chilli 1tsp
- shallot minced 1tsp
- lemongrass 1tbsp
- ginger 1tbsp
- tapioca/corn flour 1tsp
- five spices 1 pinch
Method :
- Blanched brocoli and cauliflower for 1 minutes then add bokchoi,baby corn and oyster mushroom for 30 seconds
- Place it on the nice plate
- in the wok ,saute garlic , chilli , ginger ,lemongrass and shallot until nice colour then add shitake mushroom into it and stir it for 1 minutes then add all the sauce on the work , bring it boiling until it thickened
- place all the sauce and mushroom on the vegetables .Serve hot
