Steam Vegetables with shitake and Mushroom sauce 

Ingredients :

  • Brocoli cut small pieces 50gr 
  • carrot flower 50gr 
  • Cauliflower cut small pieces 50gr 
  • Shitake Musroom cut small pieces  100gr
  • Bokchoi cut small pieces 50gr 
  • Oyster Mushroom 50gr 
  • Baby corn 50gr 
  • Soysauce 1tbsp 
  • Mushroom powder 1tbsp 
  • sugar 1/2tbsp 
  • water 3tbsp 
  • sesame oil 2 drops 
  • garlic 1tsp 
  • chilli 1tsp 
  • shallot minced 1tsp 
  • lemongrass 1tbsp 
  • ginger 1tbsp 
  • tapioca/corn flour 1tsp 
  • five spices 1 pinch 

Method :

  • Blanched brocoli and cauliflower for 1 minutes then add bokchoi,baby corn and oyster mushroom for 30 seconds 
  • Place it on the nice plate 
  • in the wok ,saute garlic , chilli , ginger ,lemongrass and shallot until nice colour then add shitake mushroom into it and stir it for 1 minutes then add all the sauce on the work , bring it boiling until it thickened 
  • place all the sauce and mushroom on the vegetables .Serve hot
