Sticky Rice cake with Pineapple and coconut Milk
Ingredients
- Sticky rice 1kg soaked over night
- Mung Bean 200gr
- Pineapple 100gr cut triangle
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Salt 1pinch
- Vanilla 2 pinches
- Coconut milk 1 cup
Method :
- Add sticky rice on steamer in 15 minutes then take it out then place it into small bowl and upside down to make the sticky rice beautiful on the plate
- add pineapple on the Top the sticky
- Add coconut milk, salt and vanilla with 1tsp tapioca flour. bring it to boiling until the sauce thick and pour the sauce on the top of pineapple
- Garnish with peanut and sesame
