Pandan Pancake

Pandan coconut Milk sauce

  • Pandan 3tbsp
  • Coconut milk 3tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vanilla 1 pinch
  • Tapioca flour 1tsp

Method : Mixed well all ingredients then add on the pan until the sauce boiling and thickened

Pandan cake

Ingredients

  • Pandan Juice : 3tbsp
  • Coconut Milk 4tbsp
  • Egg 1pcs
  • Self Raising flour :4tbsp
  • Vanilla 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Salt 1: Pinch

Method :

  • Mixed well all ingredients until no plum
  • Add oil into the nonstick pan then use the paper wrap the oil  around on the pan until they are quite hot . Pour all the flour into the pan and make it all around on the pan .Slow cooked for 7 minutes
  • Pour the coconut pandan juice on the middle and garnish with peanut and seasame
  • Rolled it up and cut into small pieces
  • Garnish with peanut and sesame .serve well
