Pandan Pancake
Pandan coconut Milk sauce
- Pandan 3tbsp
- Coconut milk 3tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla 1 pinch
- Tapioca flour 1tsp
Method : Mixed well all ingredients then add on the pan until the sauce boiling and thickened
Pandan cake
Ingredients
- Pandan Juice : 3tbsp
- Coconut Milk 4tbsp
- Egg 1pcs
- Self Raising flour :4tbsp
- Vanilla 1 pinch
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Salt 1: Pinch
Method :
- Mixed well all ingredients until no plum
- Add oil into the nonstick pan then use the paper wrap the oil around on the pan until they are quite hot . Pour all the flour into the pan and make it all around on the pan .Slow cooked for 7 minutes
- Pour the coconut pandan juice on the middle and garnish with peanut and seasame
- Rolled it up and cut into small pieces
- Garnish with peanut and sesame .serve well
