Sweet and Sour sauce
Ingredients
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Tamarind sauce 1tbsp
- Vingar 1tbsp
- Annato seed oil 1tbsp
- Water 5tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Tapioca /corn flour 1tsp
Method:
- add 1tbsp annato seed oil into the pan then saute garlic, chilli
- Add all ingredients together and bring it to boiling
- Serve hot

- Squid 200gr
- Sweet and sour sauce 8tbsp
- Carrot sliced flower 50gr
- Pineapple 100gr
- Tomato 50gr
- Onion sliced 50gr
- Celery 50gr
- Cooked Long Bean Sliced 50gr
- Oyster Mushrooms 50gr
- Chilli 1tsp
Method :
- Add oil into the Work
- Then saute garlic ,ginger and Chilli and Lemongrass
- Add Squid into the wok and then saute chicken until it cooked add all vegetables into the wok and all the sweet and sour sauce into the wok . Stir it well for 2 minutes
- Add the Mushrooms and stir for 30 second
- Serve Hot
