Mango Spring Roll with Coconut Cream

Ingredients:

  • Rice Paper making from Mung Bean 1 pack
  • Mango 50gr over right chopped small Pieces
  • Roasted Sesame 2 tsp
  • Roast Peanut 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp

Method: 

  • Chopping Mango
  • Add into the bowl with 2tsp of roasted Sesame, 2tsp Roasted Peanut and 2 tsp Sugar
  • Mixed well together
  • Rolled up like Spring roll
  • Deep fryer about 180 degree in 2 Minutes until Colour Golden Brown
  • Serving with coconut cream
