Mango Spring Roll with Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
- Rice Paper making from Mung Bean 1 pack
- Mango 50gr over right chopped small Pieces
- Roasted Sesame 2 tsp
- Roast Peanut 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
Method:
- Chopping Mango
- Add into the bowl with 2tsp of roasted Sesame, 2tsp Roasted Peanut and 2 tsp Sugar
- Mixed well together
- Rolled up like Spring roll
- Deep fryer about 180 degree in 2 Minutes until Colour Golden Brown
- Serving with coconut cream
