Grilled  Fish with Herbs sauce  

Ingredients:

  • Fish Fillet with Skin on such as Salmon ,basa  200gr
  • Vietnamese Mints 10leaves
  • Perilla or Shiso Leaves 10leaves
  • Vietnamese Basil 10leaves
  • Lemon Mints or Regular Mints 10leaves
  • Betel Leaves 5leaves
  • Dragons Beans roughly sliced 50gr  subsitute celery
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Fish Sauce 1Tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Soysauce 1tbsp
  • Five spices Powder 1pinch
  • Water 100ml

Method :

  • Rolling all the Mints and roughly chopping up .Then set a side
  • Grilled Fish fillet until the Colour Golden brown into both sides
  • Add 1tbsp oil into the wok then Saute garlic ,Chilli ,Ginger ,Lemongrass Then add 100ml water into the Wok
  • Add all the Fishes Dragon Beans into the Wok .Stir Well then  add all Seasoning into the Wok (1tbsp Fish sauce ,1tbsp sugar ,1tbsp Oyster sauce and 1pinch five spicy powder) checking flavour By Your Conveninence
  •  Add all the mints into The Wok .Turn The heat off immediately
  • Serve hot with Jasmince rice or Bread

Note : Mints should always use fresh to Maximimise Number of Nutrition . When you cooked The Mints .Make sure The Heat will be Maximum and Not cook over then 5 seconds to Keep the Natural Oil inside the Mint provide for Our Health
