Crab Vegetables salad with tamarind sauce and beef fillet
Salad dressing sauce
- Tamarind juice 2tbsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Kumquats 1tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 2tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
Method : Mixed welll together
Salad Ingredients :
- Crab Vegetables 400gr
- Julienne carrot 50gr
- All Mints 20gr roughly chopped
- Beef fillet soaked Vinegar and rice wine 200gr( Heat the wok hot and put all the beef into the hot wok .stir it well for 5 seconds . serve on the top of salad )
- Roasted Peanut 1tbsp
Method :
- Add all the salad ingredients into the Bowl then add salad dressing and Mixed well together
- Place beef fillet on the top
- Garnish with roasted Peanut
