BBQ Eggplant with special HCM Cooking Sauce
Ingredients
Dressing sauce :
- Sweet and sour Kumquat dressing
- 4 tablespoons of kumquat juice (“nước tắc”)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tbsp Nuoc Mam (fish sauce)
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic (“tỏi”)
- 4 teaspoons of minced red long chili (medium spicy)
- 4tbsp mineral water
Method : Mixed well togther until sugar disolved
Salad :
Ingredients :
- Garlic 1tsp
- Spring onion and garlic chive 1tsp
- Pork Mince /tofu minced /chicken 100gr
- BBQ Eggplant ,skin off ,cut into small pieces 200gr
- Black pepper 2 pinches
- Oil 1tbsp
Method :
- Add 1tbsp oil into the wok then saute the garlic and pork mince /tofu mince/chicken mince
- Add all the dressing sauce into the wok, bring into Boiling and garnish with some spring onion and garlic chive, Black Pepper
- Then pour all the sauce into the BBQ Eggplants
- Serve hot
