Dressing sauce :

• 1tbsp kumquats juice
• 1tbsp sugar
• 1tbsp fish sauce
• 1tsp chilli
• 1tsp minced garlic
• Method :
• Mixed well until the sugar disloved

Spicy Beef

• 1tbsp ginger julience
• 1tbsp lemongrass Julience
• 1tbsp water
• 1tbsp Rice Vinegar

Method :

• Add all the ingredients into the wok .quick stir until the colour change
• Then add all the stuff into the salad

Salad

Ingredients :

• Cucumber julience 50gr
• Carrot julience 50gr
• Mango/papaya julience 50gr
• Vietnamese mints 10gr
• Lemon mints 10gr
• Shiso leaves 10gr
• Pepper mints 10gr
• Vietnamese basil 10gr
• Red capsicum julience 20gr

Method :

• Mixed all ingredients with beef and dressing sauce
• Place all the stuff on the plate and Garnish with seasame seeds
