- Pepper 2 Pinches
- Fish Sauce 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 2 Tsp
- Vietnamese Basil 6 Leaves
- 1 pinch of Five Spicy Powder
Method:
- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass and sugar until the colour turn golden Brown then Chicken Thigh without Bone: 1Pcs/ whole fish 1pcs /200gr Pork Spare Rib /tofu and Vegetables (fried tofu200gr plus with onion,bean ,carrot,white radish,papaya …200gr
