Stew Chicken with Chilli and Lemongrass on the Clay Pot  or Fish or pork or pork spare rib/tofu and Vegetables (fried tofu200gr plus with onion,bean ,carrot,white radish,papaya …200gr)  on Clay Pot

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thigh without Bone: 1Pcs/ whole fish 1pcs /200gr Pork Spare Rib /tofu and Vegetables (fried tofu200gr plus with onion,bean ,carrot,white radish,papaya …200gr
  • Minced Ginger 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Lemongrass 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Pepper 2 Pinches
  • Fish Sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 2 Tsp
  • Vietnamese Basil 6 Leaves
  • 1 pinch of Five Spicy Powder

Method:

  •   Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass and sugar until the colour turn golden Brown  then Chicken Thigh without Bone: 1Pcs/ whole fish 1pcs /200gr Pork Spare Rib /tofu and Vegetables (fried tofu200gr plus with onion,bean ,carrot,white radish,papaya …200gr
  • .Stir Until the Colour Change
  • Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce  
  • Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 30 Minutes with chicken and fish,vegetables  and 2 hours with pork spare Rib
  • Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
  • Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top
  • Serve with Jasmine rice
