Vietnamese Lemon Chicken
Lemon sauce
Ingredients
- Kumquat or Lemon 2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar 1/2tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2tbsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 2tbsp
- Curry powder 1/2tsp
- Turmeric 1/4tsp
- Tapioca flour 1tbsp mixed 2tbsp water
Method :
add all ingredients together
sauté garlic ,chilli then add all the sauce and bring it to boiling and thickened ,place on top of crispy chicken
Crispy Chicken
- Chicken thigh cut strip 200gr
- Five spices 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1pinch
- Eggwhite 1/4pcs
- Tapioca/corn flour enough coating chicken
Method :
- Mixed all ingredients together .then deepfryer for 2 minutes
- Place it on the place. serve with lemon sauce
