Menu: Rice Papers Roll with vegetables  

Ingredients:

  • Fried Tofu 8slices
  • Carrot flowers 8 flowers
  • Mints 16leaves
  • Bean Sprout 20pcs
  • Vietnamese Basil 16 leaves
  • Fresh Rice Noodle 50gr
  • Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Lettuce (Chiffonnade) 20gr
  • Garlic Chive: 8 Leaves
  • Peanut Butter 1tsp
  • Hoi sin Sauce 1tbsp
  • Crushed roast Peanut 1tsp

Method:

+ Peanut Dipping Sauce

  • Add 1tbsp HoiSin Sauce into the Bowl with 1 tsp Peanut Butter .Mixed Well until Consistency
  • Add 2tbsp Mineral Water into the Bowl and Stir until Consistency (Not too thick, not too thin) Checking Flavour by Your Convenient
  • Add ½ tsp Garlic and ½ tsp Chilli in and mixed well
  • Garnish with Peanut on the Top (Do Not Stir)

+ Making Rice Papers roll

  • Place the rice Papers on the flat Plate, Sprinkle the water around of rice Papers (Do Not get too wet)
  • Place 5 pcs Bean sprout, fresh Rice Noodle, 4 Leaves Mints, 4 Leaves Vietnamese basil then add 2 slice of Pork on front and 1 slice of tofu and carrot flower on the top  
  • Fold 2 slice .Try to meet on the centre then rolling
  • Add 2 Leaves garlic Chive (Half outside and half inside) rolling until the end
  • We have nice rice papers .Keep doing 4 roll like that
  • Serve with peanut Dipping sauce

Original Rice paper roll in Vietnam you will serve with soysauce Dipping.

Soysauce  Dipping Sauce :

Ingredients :

  • 1tbsp soysauce
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp kumquats Juice/ Lime Juice/Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1tsp Chilli
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method :

  • Mixed well together until sugar disolved
