Chả Cá  recipes ( fish  cake )

Ingredients :

  • 300 Basa fishes fillet
  • 50gr pork Fat
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1tbsp corn Starch
  • 1tbsp Tapioca
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • 1Pinch five spices
  • 2tbsp ice Water
  • Coriander 1tbsp minced

Method :

  • Add corn starch, Baking powder, tapioca, salt, sugar.fish sauce, black pepper, five spices and Water. Mixed well together then mixed well with Meat and fish
  • Blended for 2 Minutes then add ice water into it and blended for 1 minute until it Look Nice and smooth then rolled it like the ball and put on deepfryer
  • Serve with hoisin sauce and chilli sauce
