Chả Cá recipes ( fish cake )
Ingredients :
- 300 Basa fishes fillet
- 50gr pork Fat
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1tsp Sugar
- 1tbsp corn Starch
- 1tbsp Tapioca
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 1tbsp Fish sauce
- 1tsp Black Pepper
- 1Pinch five spices
- 2tbsp ice Water
- Coriander 1tbsp minced
Method :
- Add corn starch, Baking powder, tapioca, salt, sugar.fish sauce, black pepper, five spices and Water. Mixed well together then mixed well with Meat and fish
- Blended for 2 Minutes then add ice water into it and blended for 1 minute until it Look Nice and smooth then rolled it like the ball and put on deepfryer
- Serve with hoisin sauce and chilli sauce
