Eggs stuffed with Prawn on Batter
Ingredients:
- Boiling egg take skin off and cut a half take all egg yok out 5pcs
- Prawn 200gr Prawn (minced)
- Cook eggyolk 5pcs
- Five Spicy Powders 2pinched
- Fish sauce 2tsp
- Sugar 2tsp
- Soy sauce 2tsp
- Oyster sauce 2tsp
- Pepper 1/2tsp
- Crispy seafood powder
Method:
1. Making Batter
Get 1 package Crispy seafood Powder marinade with 100ml ice water until consistency ( Not too thick not too thin )
2 Making Stuffed
Add prawn minced, eggyolk sugar, pepper, five spicy powders, fish sauce and soy sauce ,oyster sauce inside the bowl then Mixed well together
Get 1 tbsp of Mixing and stuff into eggpwhite and do it like that until all the eggp well stuffed
3 Making Deepfryer
- Add the oil in the wok or Pot about 1 litre
- Heat the oil up about 180 degrees then hold the stuffed egg cover with batter slowly add inside the oil and do it until finish .Make sure the oil cover the egg properly
- Then reduce the heat on low heat until the colour change golden brown .turn on the high heat over 1 minute and take it out
- Serve with Mushroom sauce
Ingredients for Mushroom sauce :
- 1tbsp fish sauce
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp chilli sauce
- Water 5tbsp
- Tapioca 1tsp
- Julienne Mushrooms 50gr
- Julienne chilli 20gr
- Julienne Ginger 20gr
- Julienne Onion 20gr
- Spring onion chopped 5gr
- Black Pepper 1 pinch
- Five Spices powder 1 pinch
- Garlic 1tsp
Method :
Sauté garlic with ginger ,Lemongrass then add water ,fish sauce ,sugar ,soy sauce ,chilli sauce ,five spicies,black pepper ,tapioca and chilli sauce until boiling and thickened with tapioca .serve hot with Egg
