Chicken Thigh stuffed Sticky rice Fritter
Ingredients
- Chicken Thigh 1 pcs scored it
- Garlic 1tsp
- Chilli 1 tsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1 pinch
- Pepper 1pinch
Method : Mixed all ingredients together and bbq or deepfryer until chicken cooked and crispy
Prepare the sticky rice:
- Bring mung bean to a steam, drained and then blend with the sugar and salt until you obtain a paste.
- Mix the mung bean paste with the sticky rice and 1 teaspoon of oil. Set aside.
- Place chicken into sticky rice and wrapped it nicely then deepfryer until colour crispy
- Serve Hot
