Fried /steam Wonton with tofu and carrot

Ingredients :

  • Wonton Skin : 6pcs
  • Fried tofu 50g
  • Carrot 20gr
  • Garlic chive 20gr
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Soysauce 1tsp
  • Oyster mushroom powder  1tsp
  • Five Spicy Powder 1pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Mushrooms Fungus Minced 10gr

Method :

  • Mixed well togeteher and Wrap up with Wonton Skin
  • Deep fried in  2 minutes 180 degree/boiling it in two minutes and garnish wiith garlic oil
  • Serve with Chilli sauce and Soysauce
