Chicken Wings with salt and Pepper sauce

Salt and Pepper Sauce:

Ingredients

• Salt 1tbsp
• Sugar 1tbsp
• Black Pepper 1tsp
• Chilli sauce 1tsp
• Kumquats Juice or Lime 1tsp

Method : Mixed well together

Ingredients:

• Chicken wings 2wings
• Convenience Seasoning 1tsp ( 1tbsp salt ,1tbsp suagar ,1tsp Black Pepper)
• Self Raising Flower enough to coating chicken
• Garlic Minced 10gr

Method :

• Mixed chicken with convenience seasoning then coating with self Raising flour
• Deepfryer for 5 minutes
• Saute garlic then add crispy chicken into the wok. toss it well for 10 seconds
• Serve with salt and pepper sauce
