Corn Soup with Coconut Milk

Sweet corn Soup

Ingredients :

• Fresh corn 200gr
• Coconut Milk 1 cup
• Condensilk Milk 1tbsp
• Sugar 1tbsp
• Sticky rice 20gr
• Roasted Peanut 1tsp
• Roasted sesame 1tsp
• Vanilla 1pinch
• Julienne ginger 1tsp
• Method :
• Add sticky rice into the coconut milk .cooked until it soft  then add fresh corn ,coconut milk into the pot and cooked for 3 minutes
• Add condensilk milk ,sugar  ,vanilla and stir it well
• Ganrish with peanut and sesame and julienne ginger
• Serve hot or cold
