Lotus fried rice
Ingredients :
- Steam rice 1 bowl
- Carrot 50gr diced cube
- Onion 20gr diced cube
- Pork minced 100gr
- Celery 50gr diced cube
- Spring onion 10gr finely chopped
- Egg 1pcs beaten well
- Lotus seeds 50gr
- Fish sauce / soysacue 1.5tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
Method :
- Add oil into the wok then saute garlic
- Add pork minced. stir for 30 seconds then add beaten egg into the wok and stir it for another 30 seconds
- Add steam rice and make it hot
- Add all ingredients into the wok. stir well
- Seasoning with 1.5tbsp fish sauce
Garnish with spring onion and Black pepper .serve hot
