Lotus fried rice

Ingredients :

  • Steam rice 1 bowl
  • Carrot 50gr diced cube
  • Onion 20gr diced cube
  • Pork minced 100gr
  • Celery 50gr diced cube
  • Spring onion 10gr finely chopped
  • Egg 1pcs beaten well
  • Lotus seeds 50gr
  • Fish sauce / soysacue 1.5tbsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tsp

Method :

  • Add oil into the wok then saute garlic
  • Add pork minced. stir for 30 seconds then add beaten egg into the wok and stir it for another 30 seconds 
  • Add steam rice and make it hot
  •  Add all ingredients into the wok.  stir well
  • Seasoning with 1.5tbsp fish sauce

Garnish with spring onion and Black pepper .serve hot
