Banana Spring Roll with Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
- Rice Paper making from Mung Bean 1 pack
- Banana 1pcs ( Chuoi Su ) a little Bit Over done
- Roasted Sesame 1 tsp
- Roast Peanut 1 tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
Method:
- Chopping Banana
- Add into the bowl with 1tsp of roasted Sesame, 1tsp Roasted Peanut and 1 tsp Sugar
- Mixed well together
- Rolled up like Spring roll
- Deep fryer about 180 degree in 2 Minutes until Colour Golden Brown
- Serving with coconut cream or coconut Milk
(Coconut milk (50ml coconut milk ,1tbsp sugar ,1pinch salt ,1tsp tapioca flour ,1 pinch of vanilla , bring it to boiling until the sauce thick)
