Banana Spring Roll with Coconut Cream

Ingredients:

  • Rice Paper making from Mung Bean 1 pack
  • Banana 1pcs ( Chuoi Su ) a little Bit Over done
  • Roasted Sesame 1 tsp
  • Roast Peanut 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp

Method: 

  • Chopping Banana
  • Add into the bowl with 1tsp of roasted Sesame, 1tsp Roasted Peanut and 1 tsp Sugar
  • Mixed well together
  • Rolled up like Spring roll
  • Deep fryer about 180 degree in 2 Minutes until Colour Golden Brown
  • Serving with coconut cream or coconut Milk

(Coconut milk (50ml coconut milk ,1tbsp sugar ,1pinch salt ,1tsp tapioca flour ,1 pinch of vanilla , bring it to boiling until the sauce thick)
