Vegetables Soup with Pork Mince
Ingredients
- Betel Leaves 10 leaves
- Spinaches roughly chopped 200gr
- Red Amaranth roughly chopped 100gr
- Melon flavour roughly sliced 20gr
- Pepper 1 Pinch
- Mushroom powder 2tbsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Water 1 Litre
- Pork Minced 50gr
- Garlic 1tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
Method :
- Add 1tbsp Oil into the wok then saute garlic and pork
- Add 1 litre water into Pot Bring to boiling. Seasoning with fish sauce ,sugar and Mushrooms Powder
- Add all vegetables into The Soup
- Garnish with some peppers. serve Hot
