Crispy Chicken wings with fish sauce
Ingredients :
- Chicken wings 8 pcs
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Tapioca 2tbsp
- Self Raising Flour 2tbsp
Method :
- Mixed chicken wings with fish sauce and rest for 10 minutes
- Coating tapioca and self raising flour properly
- Deep fryer until it cooked and crispy about 5 minutes
Fish sauce dipping
Ingreients
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1/4tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Fresh chilli 1tsp
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Coriander finely chopped 1tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
Method:
- Add 1tbsp oil into the wok then saute garlic chilli and add all ingredients together .then bring the sauce boiling add all crispy chicken wings into sauce .Quickly toss
- Serve Hot
