Crispy fish with Tomato sauce
Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Tomato diced 200gr
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Julienne ginger 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Water 5tbsp
- Tapioca with water 2tsp
Method:
- Saute garlic, chilli, ginger and lemongrass then add tomato into the wok .Stir it well for 1 minutes
- Add all ingredients into the wok. bring it to boiling

- Add fish into hot oil and slow cooked until fish golden brown colour
- Place thefish on the plate then add tomato sauce on the top. Garnish with Black pepper .Serve with jasmine Rice
