BBQ Fish wrapped with betel Leaves

Filling

Ingredients

  • Fish Minced 500gr
  • Fish sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Five spices 1 pinches
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp

Method :

  • Mixed well together
  • Betel Leaves 10 pcs
  • Add 1tsp filling into betel leave and rolling it like cigarette and add in the  bamboo stick
  • Do it until finish
  • BBQ it for 30 seconds
  • Serve with fish sauce dipping

Fish sauce dipping

Fish Dipping Sauce :

Ingredients :

  • 1tbsp fish sauce
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp kumquats Juice/ Lime Juice/Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1tsp Chilli

Method :

  • Mixed well together until sugar disolved
