BBQ Fish wrapped with betel Leaves
Filling
Ingredients
- Fish Minced 500gr
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Oyster sauce 1tbsp
- Five spices 1 pinches
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
Method :
- Mixed well together
- Betel Leaves 10 pcs
- Add 1tsp filling into betel leave and rolling it like cigarette and add in the bamboo stick
- Do it until finish
- BBQ it for 30 seconds
- Serve with fish sauce dipping
Fish sauce dipping
Fish Dipping Sauce :
Ingredients :
- 1tbsp fish sauce
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp kumquats Juice/ Lime Juice/Lemon Juice
- 1tbsp water
- 1tsp Garlic
- 1tsp Chilli
Method :
- Mixed well together until sugar disolved
