Stew Fish in Clay Pot

Ingredients:

  • Fish 200gr with the Bone on and the skin on
  • Minced Ginger 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Lemongrass 1/2tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Minced Chilli 1/2tsp
  • Pepper 2 Pinches
  • Fish Sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 2 Tsp
  • Vietnamese Basil 6 Leaves
  • 1 pinch of Five Spicy Powder

Method:

 - Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass and sugar until the colour turn golden Brown  then add  Fish into the Clay Pot .Stir it Until the Colour Change

  - Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce  

  - Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 30 Minutes

   - Checking the flavour By Your Convenient

  - Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top

  - Serve with Jasmine rice
