- Saute garlic, shallot, ginger and lemongrass and sugar until the colour turn golden Brown then add Fish into the Clay Pot .Stir it Until the Colour Change
- Add 1tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce
- Add water Cover .Bring to Boiling and simmer it for 30 Minutes
- Checking the flavour By Your Convenient
- Garnish with pepper and Vietnamese Basil on The Top
- Serve with Jasmine rice
