Stir fry Tofu ,Vegetables with Chilli ,Lemongrass on Fresh Rice Noodle
Soysauce Dipping Sauce :
Ingredients :
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Kumquats Juice / Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Method : Mixed Well together
Stir Fry :
Ingredients :
- Fried Tofu 100gr
- Onion : 20gr
- Bean Sprout : 50gr
- Carrot sliced 50gr
- Mushrooms 50gr
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Soysauce 1tbsp
- Sugar 2tsp
- Five Spicy 1 pinch
- Oil 1tbsp
Method :
- Add Oil into The Wok then saute the Lemongrass ,Garlic ,chilli and Onion
- Add all carrot ,tofu ,Mushroom and Beansprout into the wok
- Add all seasoning into .stir well . serve on the Bowl of Noodle
Bowl of Noodle :
Pickle carrot :
- 100gr Carrot Julience need 1/2tbsp Kumquats Juice and 1/2tbsp sugar and 1/2tsp salt
- In the Bowl . add 200 gr Noodle , Pickle carrot on the side and 5 chopping different Mints on The Side . all The stir fry in the Middle of The Bowl
- Garnish with Peanut and Fried Shallot
