BQQ Pork and spring roll with herbs and Spicy in fish sauce dipping ( serve with fresh rice noodle)
Fish sauce dipping:
Ingredients :
- Kumquats Juice or Lime juice 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Fish sauce 1tbsp
- Chilli minced 1tsp
- Water 1tbsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Carrot Julience 10gr
- White radish Julinece 10gr
- Spring onion Julience 5gr
Method : Mixed well together until sugar disloved
BBQ Pork
Ingredients :
- 50gr pork neck thin sliced
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 1tsp garlic
- 1/2tsp black pepper
- 1tsp chilli
- 1tsp sugar
- Ginger 1tsp
- Lemongrass 1tsp
- 1tsp oyster sauce
- 1pinch five spicy powder
- Oil 2tsp
- Spring onion 1tsp
Method : Mixed well all ingredients together then rest for 10 minutes before BBQ
It until the colour Golden Brown then put on the Middle of Noodle Bowl
Spring roll
Ingredients:
- Carrot Minced 50 Gr
- Black Mushrooms Minced 50gr
- Pork Minced 50gr
- Prawn Minced 30gr
- Fish sauce 1tsp
- Five Spices 2 Pinches
- Black Pepper 1pinch
- Oyster sauce 1tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Spring Onion 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
Method :
- Mixed well all Ingredients together
- Put 1 tsp of the stuff ,Place on The rice Paper and Roll it Nicely
- Do exactly the Same until finish
- Deep fryer 180 degrees in 3 minutes until the Colour Golden Brown
- Cut spring roll in three pieces then put on the top of noodle
Noodle Bowl
- 200gr fresh rice Noodle
- Vietnamese Minced roughly chopped 5gr
- Lemon mints roughly chopped 5gr
- Lettuce roughly chopped 10gr
- Shiso leaves or Perrilla roughly chopped 5gr
- Vietnamese basil roughly chopped 5gr
- Spear Mints /regular mints roughly chopped 5gr
Method :
- Place 200gr fresh rice Noodle on the bowl
- Add all the Mints and Lettuce arround on the Noodle
- Places meat ball and bbq pork belly on the Middle
- Garnish with peanut and fried shallot
- Serve with fish sauce dipping
