Stir fry beef with Pumpkin Flower

Ingredients :

• Pumpkin  Flower : 200gr
• Beef 200gr
• Garlic 1tsp
• Chilli 1tsp
• Lemongrass 1tsp
• Ginger 1tsp
• Fish sauce 1tbsp
• Sugar 1tbsp
• Oyster sauce 1tbsp
• Chilli sauce 1tbsp
• Water 4tbsp
• Five spices 1 pinch
• Black pepper 1 pinch
• Oil1tbsp
• Tapioca or corn flour 1tsp

Method :

• Add oil into the wok then saute garlic ,chilli , ginger ,lemongrass
• Add all ingredients together and stir well for 2 minutes
• Serve hot
