 BBQ Tofu  wrap with Betel Leaves

Ingredients :

  • Betel Leaves 10 leaves
  • Tofu  minced 100gr
  • Lemongrass 1tbsp
  • Chilli 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Five spicy Powder 1pinch
  • Vegan Fish sauce 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Oyster mushroom  sauce 1tsp

Method :

  • Mixed well all the ingredients together except Betel Leaves
  • Add 1tsp filling into betel leaves and rolling it like spring roll
  • Do exactly same until finish
  • Put on the Hot pan or charcoal and grilled for 2 minutes . 1 minutes each side
  • Serve with  vegan fish sauce dipping

Fish sauce dipping

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons of kumquat juice (“nước tắc”)
  • 1 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nuoc Mam (vegan fish sauce)
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1 teaspoons of minced garlic (“tỏi”)
  • 1 teaspoons of minced red long chili (medium spicy

Method : Mixed well together until sugar disolved

Serving :

All different Kinds of mince you have, rice paper, lettuce ,and fresh rice noodle . rolling all ingredients into rice paper and dipping with fish sauce dipping
