BBQ Tofu wrap with Betel Leaves
Ingredients :
- Betel Leaves 10 leaves
- Tofu minced 100gr
- Lemongrass 1tbsp
- Chilli 1tsp
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Five spicy Powder 1pinch
- Vegan Fish sauce 1tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Oyster mushroom sauce 1tsp
Method :
- Mixed well all the ingredients together except Betel Leaves
- Add 1tsp filling into betel leaves and rolling it like spring roll
- Do exactly same until finish
- Put on the Hot pan or charcoal and grilled for 2 minutes . 1 minutes each side
- Serve with vegan fish sauce dipping
Fish sauce dipping
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons of kumquat juice (“nước tắc”)
- 1 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tbsp Nuoc Mam (vegan fish sauce)
- 1tbsp water
- 1 teaspoons of minced garlic (“tỏi”)
- 1 teaspoons of minced red long chili (medium spicy
Method : Mixed well together until sugar disolved
Serving :
All different Kinds of mince you have, rice paper, lettuce ,and fresh rice noodle . rolling all ingredients into rice paper and dipping with fish sauce dipping
