Sugar Cane Stuffed with tofu serve Wedding Noodle
Ingredients :
Mixed:
- Tofu 100gr minced
- Vegan Fish sauce 1tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Oyster Mushroom sauce 1tsp
- Tapioca flour or corn Starch 1tbsp
- Baking Powder 1pinch
- Black Pepper 1/2tsp
- Five spicy Powder 1 Pinch
Method for Mixed : Mixed all ingredients together and Blended well
- Sugar Cane 4stick
- Oil 2tbsp
Method
- Divided the Mixed into 4 portions then put 2tbsp oil on the Plate
- Use Both Hands touch the Oil to prevent the Mixed stick on the Hands
- Use 1 portion stuffed on the Sugar cane and making it Nice and Smooth
- Deepfryer 180 degrees into 1 minutes and Reduce the heat about 160 degree for 2 minutes then Turn the Heat maximum for 30 seconds
- Serve Hot with Dressing sauce and Wedding Noodle and Salad
Dipping sauce :
Ingredients :
- 1tbsp Kumquats Juice = 80% lemon or Lime and 20% organe Juice or Mandarine
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp vegan Fish sauce
- 1tbsp water
- 1tsp garlic
- 1tsp chilli
Method : Mixed well together
Salad and Wedding Noodle :
- Wedding Noodle 100gr
- Lettuce of Mustard Leaves 3leaves
- Vietnamese Mints 10leaves
- Vietnamese Basil 10 leaves
- Lemon Mints 10 leaves
- Regular Mints 10 leaves
- Shiso Leaves 10 leaves
How To eat sugar Cane stuffed with prawn
Place lettuce or Mustard Leaves on your Hands then add weeding Noodle ,all Mints about 3 leaves of each Mints with Sugar cane .Rolling up and enjoy With Dipping sauce
