BBQ Eggplants Salad wit Special Sauce

BBQ Eggplant salad

Dressing salad :

Ingredients :

• Soysauce : 1tbsp / Fish sauce 1tbsp
• Sugar 1tbsp
• Kunquats juice 1tbsp
• Garlic 1tsp
• Chilli 1tsp

Method : Mixed well together until sugar disolved

Ingredients :

• Eggplants 500gr
• Spring Onion Chopped 2tbsp
• Garlic :1tsp
• Salt : 1/2tsp

Method :

• BBQ Eggplants until soft . Take skin off and cut into smal Pieces
• Add the oil into the wok then add garlic and salt and Spring onion into the hot Oil
• Pour dressing sauce into Eggplant and serve with spring Onion oil
